Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 160 C 🍰✨
-
Crush the biscuits. Blend or finely crush the biscuits and mix them with the softened butter to make crumbs
-
Put the biscuits in the pan. Press the biscuit mixture evenly onto the bottom of a baking pan and create a firm base
-
Whisk the quark batter. Whisk the quark with the sugar for about 2-3 minutes, then gradually whisk in the eggs one by one, and finally add the sour cream and cinnamon sugar and mix until smooth
-
Transfer the quark batter to the pan. Pour the quark mixture over the prepared biscuit base and bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, until the filling sets
-
Serve. After baking, let the dessert rest and cool for at least 4 hours, ideally in the refrigerator. Serve and enjoy 🍰🍽️✨

Bundt Cake
Note: 4 servings = 1 bundt cake. A classic dessert with cocoa. A moist batter baked in a traditional bundt pan makes a great accompaniment to coffee or for serving to guests.
