  • Milk 100 g
  • Forest Berries 50 g
  • Oat flakes 25 g
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will use them in a moment 🫐🥣✨

  2. Mix and let rest. Mix the milk with the sugar and chia seeds, stirring thoroughly for at least 1 minute, then let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours so the seeds can swell and a smooth pudding forms

  3. Cook the fruit. Cook the forest fruit with a little sugar over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, until it reduces to a thicker syrup

  4. Serve. Serve 🍽️✨
