Steps to cook

  1. Prepare all ingredients and the blender. This is what awaits on the plate – fresh mango purée with orange and a scoop of chocolate ice cream 🍊🥭🍫 Prepare all ingredients and don't forget you'll need a blender ✨

  2. Peel the oranges. Peel the oranges completely so that no white pith remains.

  3. Cut out the orange segments. Cut out the individual orange segments (without membranes) and set them aside. Leave the remaining orange pulp — its juice will be needed in the next step.

  4. Peel the mango. Peel the mango with a knife or a peeler

  5. Cut the mango. Cut the peeled mango into smaller pieces and remove the pit. Transfer to the container where you will blend everything

  6. Blend the lemon juice with the base. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the blender.

  7. Add the mango and finish the purée. Add sugar to the blender (if the mango is very ripe, you can add less or none) and blend 1–2 minutes on high until the ingredients come together and a smooth base forms. If you have it, add the excess orange juice; keep the orange segments for serving. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water so it has a delicate, silky consistency.

  8. Serve with orange and ice cream. Pour the mango purée onto plates, arrange the orange segments on top, optionally add a few mint leaves and place a scoop of chocolate ice cream in the center. Serve immediately 🍨🌿🔥
