Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be making them in a moment 🍑🍯✨
-
Make the caramel. Let the sugar slowly melt in a pan over medium-low to medium heat until it becomes a golden caramel. As soon as all the sugar has dissolved, add the butter and cream and mix with a whisk, stirring constantly (be careful not to burn yourself). Then turn off the stove and stir until the mixture cools down. Taste only after it has cooled. Tip: you can make a larger amount and keep it in a jar in the refrigerator, where it will last a long time
-
Roast the peaches. Cut the peach into quarters or eighths and roast in a pan over medium to medium-high heat until golden, about 2-3 minutes
-
Serve the dessert. Place the quark on a plate, add the roasted peaches, and garnish with caramel sauce and nuts
-
Serve. Serve 🍽️✨ You will have some caramel left over, so you can use it somewhere else :) Unfortunately, it can only be made in a larger amount

Tiramisu is not baked and is therefore very easy and quick to prepare, if you can then resist eating it before it has properly rested in the fridge. Our version by Marco Giampoli consists of classic savoiardi ladyfinger biscuits and a delicious egg-yolk cream with mascarpone, chocolate, and orange zest.
