Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be making them in a moment 🍫🍓✨
-
Whisk the chocolate mixture. Let the chocolate melt slowly in a saucepan over low heat or in a double boiler, meanwhile whisk the egg whites in an electric mixer, gradually add the sugar one spoonful at a time while the mixer is running and whisk until stiff peaks form, then add the egg yolks one by one and beat well, finally, with the mixer still running, pour in the cooled melted chocolate and whisk until fully combined
-
Fold in the cream and chill. In another bowl, whisk the cream with the vanilla sugar and carefully fold it into the chocolate mixture, divide into glasses, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour
-
Cook the berries. Meanwhile, put the forest berries with the sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat
-
Serve and top with the berries. Serve and pour the berries over the chocolate mousse 🍽️✨

Chocolate Tiramisu with Orange Zest

Tiramisu is not baked and is therefore very easy and quick to prepare, if you can then resist eating it before it has properly rested in the fridge. Our version by Marco Giampoli consists of classic savoiardi ladyfinger biscuits and a delicious egg-yolk cream with mascarpone, chocolate, and orange zest.
