Steps to cook
-
Prepare the ingredients and butter. Prepare all the ingredients and let the butter melt - we will be baking from them in a moment 🍰✨
-
Beat the eggs with sugar. Beat the eggs with the sugar into a thick and fluffy foam
-
Add the flour and cocoa. Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa and mix into a smooth batter
-
Stir in the butter and milk. Add the melted and cooled butter and milk and mix everything thoroughly
-
Pour the batter onto the baking sheet. Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking sheet and spread it evenly
-
Prepare the quark filling. In a bowl, mix the quark, eggs, vanilla pudding powder, and powdered sugar and beat well into a smooth mixture
-
Spread the quark on the batter. Put the quark filling into a piping bag and pipe it onto the cocoa batter in a cross pattern or drop it by spoonfuls
-
Bake and let cool. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C for about 15-20 minutes, until the batter is baked through (check with a skewer), then let cool
-
Serve. Serve 🍽️✨
