  • Puff pastry 0.25 pcs
  • Double Cream 62.5 ml
  • Forest Berries 50 g
  • Sugar 15 g

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Prepare all the ingredients - we will be using them shortly 🍓🍰✨

  2. Bake the base. Roll out the dough, prick it with a fork, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 15 minutes until golden brown

  3. Whip the cream. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff and creamy whipped cream forms

  4. Stir in the quark. Stir in the quark and create a smooth cream

  5. Cook the fruit. Briefly cook the fruit with the sugar over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes

  6. Finish the cake. Spread the cream over the baked and cooled base, then add the fruit on top

  7. Serve. Serve 🍽️✨
